The client’s affection for tropical environments stems from his upbringing in Hawaii. Jodi paid homage to those sensibilities by bringing in luscious palms, colorful foliage, water features, and various exotic plants. To create contrast and add a hint of California modern, the landscape is dotted with succulents. Designed with a sense of flow, meandering stone and pebble pathways lead to cozy and inviting entertaining areas all throughout the yard. Each bedroom features a patio that opens up to the tropical oasis and stunning mountain views.
