As a repeat client—now on their third project together—the homeowner envisioned a bright, airy retreat that could serve as both a serene escape and a sought-after rental.

To bring this vision to life, Jodi G Designs took the home down to its bones, starting fresh with an entirely new layout. Low ceilings once made the space feel closed in, so the ceilings were raised, and the interior was restructured for a more open, effortless flow. Light blue hues, crisp whites, and warm, textural elements create a cozy yet sophisticated coastal aesthetic.

Beyond the interiors, the transformation extends outdoors, where the landscaping was completely redesigned. An inviting front yard welcomes guests, while the backyard has been transformed into a private resort-style oasis—featuring a new deck, a jacuzzi tub, an outdoor dining space, and a firepit.
