After a two-year search, this year-round retreat was located in the hills of Montecito and was completely remodeled to expose its true beauty.

Home to a mother and daughter, the two-bedroom house balances privacy and accessibility - along with clean lines and a saltwater pool. In need of some TLC, Jodi G Designs worked closely with the homeowners to create a final architectural design that flows seamlessly with the family’s lifestyle and brings the outdoors in. By removing walls and restructuring the interior, Jodi G Designs revealed a new blank canvas and found an ease within the space.

Entirely reappointed with updated flooring, windows, doors, cabinetry, and lighting, this secluded abode is now one family’s dream home. Each room reflects this mother and daughter’s bohemian, yet refined design sensibilities - mingled with vibrant pops of color.
