In search of an isolated property, the homeowners discovered the estate – surrounded by lush oak trees, rolling hills and natural stone outcroppings. The house itself was designed around these rock formations, creating an organic and unique home that echoes nature in all ways.

From the outset, the homeowners trusted in the process, and in Jodi’s vision for the space – allowing the team to design with pure passion and rely on natural instinct. Jodi G Designs worked closely with the duo to create a peaceful space filled with neutral hues, custom artworks, and inspiring textures. Throughout the home, this neutral color palette softens the sleek, modern architecture and brings nature indoors.

Jodi worked with a variety of local artists to bring her vision for the space to life. From a live-edge dining table by Blaine Taylor to a custom steel mirror in the entry, each piece is site-specific to the home and the surrounding environment. The incredible teak root wood coffee table centers the living area and is a showstopper on its own. Similarly, Jodi carefully selected all the artwork in the residence – picking pieces that spoke to her and aligned with the homeowner’s taste. The soothing hues of blue and cream make repeated appearances in each work and lead visitors through the space with ease.

Replete with intriguing textures, natural materials, and custom artwork, the interiors of this ‘Rocktop Vista’ now compete with the beauty of the outdoors. Situated on a 6+ acre property, the mini-compound has plenty of space for the client’s dream garden….and so much more.
